Eat Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables

Get a Good Tan

Here’s a tip: Exfoliate before you go out to tan your skin. Exfoliating removes old and dead skin cells, so when you tan after exfoliating, fresh skin cells get tanned and last longer.
Always Cleanse and Moisturise
When you come home tired, you might be tempted to skip the cleansing and go straight to bed. All the germs on your skin have the entire night to multiply and do some damage. Always wash your face with a gentle cleanser (not soap) which doesn’t dry out your skin. Moisturise day and night, and more often when you’re at the beach.

Don’t buy the cheapest hair products you can find. Quality costs money, and the pricier products are often safer and better for your hair and scalp. Get Some Rest and Exercise
Exercising releases happy hormones (serotonin), which can also give your skin a healthy glow. Exercise also gets your blood flowing, bringing more oxygen and nourishment to your skin. About 15 to 20 minutes a day is all you need to get the juices flowing.
Don’t forget to rest, too. Sleep is important for every cell in your body. Sleep deprivation is one sure way to make your skin look older.
